What information does ABA Training Center Collect?

This includes contact details such as your name, billing and delivery addresses (for US and PH orders), telephone number, and email address. For students, we collect educational data including course progress, quiz results, and certification history. If you register using a third-party account (like Google or Facebook), we may receive information transmitted from those accounts. We also collect transaction data including purchases, returns, and refunds. Your publicly available data, such as shared via LinkedIn or professional platforms, may also be processed in relation to your certification verification.

Non-personal information

True for most websites, we automatically receive and record information on our server log files from your browser including your IP address, browser type, device type, and “cookie” information. We use cookies to save you time while browsing our course catalog and to help us better understand student behavior. We also use “web beacons” (pixel tags) to track your use of our website pages or promotional emails. ABA Training Center treats information collected by cookies and website analytics as Non-Personal Information unless required otherwise by law.

Will ABA Training Center Share the information it collects?

We will not rent, sell, nor disclose any of your personal information with other parties except as described below:

This includes Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, couriers for merchandise shipping, and payment processors. While we strive to protect your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

What choices do I have?

You can always opt to not disclose information, though it may prevent you from accessing certain courses or features. You cannot opt-out of transactional emails (like course receipts). However, you can opt-out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe button or emailing info@abatrainingcenter.com.
