Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: All physical merchandise is produced in the Philippines. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are NOT included in the product price and will be calculated and charged separately at checkout or upon arrival in the destination country.

ABA Training Center provides instant digital delivery for all Course materials. For physical merchandise, shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.

How will I receive my order?

Digital Courses: These are delivered via “Instant Electronic Delivery.” You will receive an automated email with your login credentials immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

Physical Merchandise: Since all items are produced in the Philippines, local orders (PH) are handled via in-house or local couriers. International orders (including the United States) are delivered via 3rd Party International Couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

When can I expect to receive my order?

Philippines (Domestic)

Packages delivered within Metro Manila are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days. Provincial orders are estimated to arrive within 14-21 working days, depending on your location.

United States (International)

Orders shipped to the United States are estimated to arrive within 10-15 working days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays which are beyond our control.

Deliveries are typically scheduled Mondays to Saturdays (excluding holidays). You may experience delays during high-volume periods or due to official customs restrictions.

Can I choose my preferred delivery date?

Since delivery schedules are highly dependent on the availability of our partner logistics providers and international customs processing, we cannot commit to specific delivery dates for physical merchandise.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

For orders shipped to the US or other countries outside the Philippines, the recipient is the importer of record. You may be required to pay Import Duties or Tariffs (such as the 2026 US Import Tariffs) before the courier releases your package. ABA Training Center does not collect these fees and is not responsible for them.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my package?

Please ensure that someone with a valid ID is available at your shipping address. In the event of a failed delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or request a pickup. You may be charged an additional delivery fee should your order require multiple redelivery attempts.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email/SMS once your physical package is out for delivery or has been assigned a tracking number. For digital courses, your access email serves as the confirmation of delivery.
