Welcome to ABA Training Center. This website is operated by ABA Training Center. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ABA Training Center. We offer this website, including all information, tools, courses, and merchandise available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a course or merchandise from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, students, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE & COURSE ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products (digital or physical) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to purchased courses without refund.

SECTION 2 – DIGITAL COURSES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the course content for your personal educational use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the course material, video content, or curriculum without express written permission from us. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 3 – MERCHANDISE & PHYSICAL GOODS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our merchandise. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases (Course or Merch) made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS

• Digital Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, courses are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise specified in a specific “Money Back Guarantee” promotion.
• Merchandise: Returns for physical goods are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

SECTION 6 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send specific submissions (e.g., course testimonials or contest entries), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; or (d) to interfere with the security features of the Service or the course portal.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines and the United States, depending on the jurisdiction of the transaction.
