Refund Policy

This website is operated by ABA Training Center. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ABA Training Center. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our students and customers while protecting the intellectual property of our educational content.

1. Digital Courses & Training Programs

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to proprietary training materials, all sales of Online Courses and Digital Programs are final. Once login credentials have been issued or the course portal has been accessed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason. We encourage all students to review the course syllabus and requirements thoroughly before making a purchase.

2. Returning ABA Training Center Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your physical merchandise purchase—specifically if the product is damaged, defective, the wrong item was delivered, or parts are missing—you may request a return or exchange within 7 days after your delivery.
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: To be eligible for a return or refund on merchandise, customers MUST provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. This video must show the shipping label and the condition of the items as they are removed from the packaging.

Conditions for Merchandise Returns:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking info.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, ABA Training Center reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange at our sole discretion.

3. Shipping Charges & Restocking Fees

Because our merchandise is produced in the Philippines and shipped internationally, we do not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges paid at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the equipment or apparel to our facility. If the merchandise is returned with signs of use, abuse, or missing parts, ABA Training Center reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the refund entirely.

4. How to Initiate a Request

To report an issue with your merchandise or a technical problem with your course access, please contact us at info@abatrainingcenter.com. Please include your Order Number and attach your Unboxing Video (for physical goods) to expedite the process.
