This website is operated by ABA Training Center. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ABA Training Center. ABA Training Center offers this website, including all information, tools, courses, and merchandise available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a course or merchandise from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, students, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE & ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products (digital or physical) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and course access.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Prices for our courses and merchandise are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the curriculum) without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Courses & Merch)

Certain products, such as specialized training courses or limited-edition merchandise, may be available exclusively online. Digital products are subject to our Enrollment Agreement, and physical merchandise is subject to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our merchandise accurately but cannot guarantee monitor accuracy. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email provided. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases (Course or Merch) made at our store.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, including videos, manuals, and assessments, is the property of ABA Training Center. Students are granted a limited license for personal use. Sharing, recording, or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in both the US and the Philippines.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES
